MEET NICHOLAS DETORE
President & Founder
Nicholas DeTore entered the construction industry in 2019, bringing fresh perspective and an immediate immersion in some of its most specialized environments — SDVOSB government set-aside projects, medical facility construction including sterile processing department and operating room renovations, and compressed natural gas infrastructure. That foundation shaped a clear standard: every client deserves experienced leadership, honest communication, and a contractor who is personally accountable from start to finish.
As President of Belfry Builders, Nicholas leads every client relationship with a hands-on approach, backed by a network of seasoned industry advisors who bring decades of commercial construction experience to every decision. Clients can expect direct access, responsive communication, and senior-level attention at every phase of their project.
Beyond the jobsite, Nicholas serves on the Government Affairs Committee for ABC Keystone and is an active member of the Lancaster, Southern Lancaster, and Northern Lancaster Chambers of Commerce. He is Treasurer of The Caring Cup (thecaringcup.com), a 501(c)(3) founded by his wife Lenea that provides employment to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities, and supports local nonprofits serving education, children, women, and faith communities throughout Lancaster County.
When he is not managing projects or engaged in the industry, Nicholas can be found on the golf course or traveling — two pursuits that, not unlike construction, reward patience, preparation, and the willingness to navigate whatever the course puts in front of you.
