PROJECT: Tate Access Floors Facility Renovations
LOCATION: York, Pennsylvania
SECTOR: Industrial / Commercial
Belfry Builders recently completed multiple renovation projects at Tate Access Floors' York, Pennsylvania facility — projects that demonstrated the firm's ability to manage diverse, concurrent scopes of work within an active manufacturing environment.
The projects encompassed a wide range of improvements across the facility, including office renovations, the renovation of six bathroom and locker room facilities, upgrades to manufacturing floor spaces, and the buildout of specialty rooms including a dedicated first aid room. Industrial cleaning services and disaster relief work were also performed as part of the overall scope.
With multiple renovation types running in coordination, Belfry Builders maintained clear communication with facility management throughout — minimizing disruption to daily operations while delivering consistent quality across every scope of work.
These projects reflect Belfry's core strength: providing experienced construction management across complex, multi-faceted renovation programs for industrial and commercial clients.

PROJECT: The Caring Cup — Flagship Location Build-Out
LOCATION: Lancaster County, Pennsylvania
SECTOR: Commercial / Nonprofit / Community
Belfry Builders is proud to be the construction management firm behind The Caring Cup's first permanent location — a project that is as meaningful as it is complex.
The Caring Cup is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing employment and opportunity to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. Founded by Lenea DeTore, the organization has grown from a mission into a movement — and this project represents its first brick-and-mortar home. For Belfry Builders, it is both a professional commitment and a personal one.
The project is currently in active development, with Belfry managing a broad and foundational scope of work that includes design and engineering coordination, Phase 1 site work, zoning compliance, permitting, contractor and vendor team building, and budget management. This early-phase work — often invisible to the untrained eye — is where projects are won or lost, and where experienced construction management delivers its greatest value.
Belfry Builders is delivering this project entirely pro bono — contributing every hour of construction management from pre-development through completion at no cost to the organization. It is the clearest expression of what Belfry Builders believes: that the communities we build in deserve to be invested in, not just contracted in.
The Caring Cup's first location is estimated to open in 2026. When it does, it will create jobs, strengthen the Lancaster community, and stand as a testament to what a shared mission — and a construction firm willing to put its work where its values are — can build together.

PROJECT: Ursinus College — Locker Room & Kitchen Renovations
LOCATION: Collegeville, Pennsylvania
SECTOR: Higher Education / Institutional
Belfry Builders successfully completed a demanding multi-scope renovation program at Ursinus College, managing the simultaneous renovation of six locker room facilities and a kitchen renovation within the compressed timeline of a college summer break.
The project required a high degree of coordination from the outset. Asbestos abatement and air quality testing were conducted in compliance with applicable regulations before selective demolition commenced — ensuring the safety of both the construction team and the campus community throughout. With multiple scopes running concurrently and a firm deadline tied to the start of the academic year, disciplined scheduling and proactive communication with college facilities staff were essential at every phase.
Working on an active campus presented additional logistical considerations. Belfry Builders managed site access, noise, and sequencing carefully to minimize disruption to summer programming and staff operating in adjacent areas — delivering all scopes on schedule and ready for the return of students in the fall.
The Ursinus College project is a strong example of Belfry's capability in higher education construction — navigating complex environmental requirements, concurrent renovation scopes, and the tight seasonal windows that institutional clients depend on.

PROJECT: Fox Den Indoor Golf — Facility Renovation
LOCATION: Lancaster, Pennsylvania
SECTOR: Commercial / Recreation
Belfry Builders recently completed the renovation of Fox Den Indoor Golf, a commercial recreational facility in Lancaster, Pennsylvania — transforming the space while navigating a complex compliance landscape that required as much attention as the construction itself.
The scope of work included selective demolition and electrical upgrades throughout the facility. However, the defining challenge of this project was not the physical construction — it was resolving a significant compliance burden stemming from existing property paperwork issues inherited with the space. Belfry Builders worked closely with the client and the relevant authorities to work through the documentation, permitting, and regulatory requirements necessary to bring the facility into full compliance and move the project forward.
The ability to manage that level of administrative and regulatory complexity — while simultaneously keeping the construction on track — is a reflection of the full-service construction management approach Belfry Builders brings to every project. For clients acquiring or repurposing existing commercial spaces, that kind of compliance expertise can be the difference between a project stalling and a project finishing.
Fox Den Indoor Golf is now open and operating — a finished product that required equal parts construction management and problem solving to deliver.

Belfry Builders operates not only as a primary construction management firm, but as a trusted partner to some of the most respected general contractors in the region. Belfry has developed working relationships with established firms including High Construction, Wohlsen Construction, Warfel Construction, and others — supporting their project pipelines in two distinct and valuable ways.
At the bidding stage, Belfry provides subcontractor pricing, trade scope development, and bid assembly support — helping larger GCs put together competitive, accurate packages on smaller project scopes that fall outside their typical volume threshold. This work requires a precise understanding of the market, the trades, and the expectations of owners and project teams at every level.
When projects are awarded, Belfry steps in as a subcontractor to manage and complete the relevant trade packages through to closeout — delivering the same standard of communication, accountability, and quality that defines every Belfry project, regardless of whether the firm is leading or supporting.
These relationships reflect something important about how Belfry Builders operates: with the professionalism, reliability, and market knowledge that major regional GCs trust when their own reputation is on the line. For owners and developers, it is further evidence of the caliber of firm they are engaging when they choose Belfry Builders.
